| 摘 要： | 能力本位教育是应用型人才培养的核心,也是目前中国高等教育改革的方向。校企合作的背景下,根据企业岗位群的需求,分析了"液压与气动"课程的能力培养目标,然后从教学内容,教学改革措施和能力评价等方面对课程进行了教学改革实践,并对在教学实践中引发的一些问题进行了思考。

| Abstract: | Competency Education is the core of the applied talents training,is also the direction of the current Chinese higher education reform.Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,according to the requirements of enterprise post group,the paper analyzes the ability training objectives of hydraulics and pneumatics course,then deals with the teaching reform practice from the teaching contents,teaching reform measures and ability evaluation of the course,and then discusses some problems in the teaching practice. |
