地质体中藿烷类单体化合物的分离与稳定碳同位素分析研究进展

摘    要:地质体中藿烷类化合物含量较低,为揭示其化学组成特征以及单体烃同位素组成特征,以柱层析或高效液相色谱进行分离、富集,特别是具有择型性分子筛的分离富集,使藿烷类单体烃同位素分析成为可能,这均为藿烷类成因的理论研究以及油源对比等应用研究中提供了重要的前提,相比而言,重排藿烷系列单体化合物的分离富集与稳定碳同位素分析略显薄弱,因而在一定程度上影响了其生物来源、形成机理等研究。

Abstract:Hopanoids content is low in geological bodies, in order to reveal the chemical composition and isotope composition characteristics of monomer hydrocarbon of hopanoids, separation and purification by column chromatography or high performance liquid chromatography, especially with the separation of molecular sieve with type shape selective performance, which make it possible to carry out compound-specific isotopic analyses of hopanoids, all of these provide important premise of theoretical research on origin of hopanoids and application research on oil source correlation, in contrast, separation and enrichment and stable carbon isotopeSanalysis of monomer hydrocarbon of rearranged hopanes series are slightly weak, thus to some extent impact the study on biological source and formation mechanism and soSon.
