湘西金矿极不稳固顶板的稳定性控制研究

摘    要:作者运用边界单元法分析了湘西金矿充填料矿体二次回采采场围岩中的应力,确定了采场顶板中拉应力区和免压拱的位置,首次提出了利用免压拱控制采场顶板稳定性的观点;以此为基础设计和实施了回采前采用长锚索预控顶,回采时采用锚杆、金属网和喷浆护顶,回采后采用尾砂胶结充填采空区的联合控顶方案.试验结果表明,这种控顶方案是非常有效的,可在同类极不稳固顶板的稳定性控制中推广应用.

Abstract:In order to re-mine gold-bearing backfill in Xiangxi Gold Mine, stress distributionaround the mining stope is analysed by employing Boundary Element Method, tensile stress zone and arch-like destressed zone are located in surrounding rock above the stope,and a philosophy is conceived for the first time,that is,the destressed zone can bemade use of to achieve stabilization of the roof. On the basis of the philosophy,a comprehensive plan is devised and implemented that the stabilization should be accomplished by means of installing cables before stoping, using rock bolts, shoterete and mesh during stoping andfilling the work-out with cemented backfill after stoping. It is proven through monitoringthat the plan is effective and can be applied to stabilizing very unstable roofs.
