摘 要: | 开发了一种格栅吸能式汽车保险杠,采用格栅反向锁定结构,当汽车保险杠发生碰撞时,该结构能够把碰撞点的撞击能量迅速吸收、分解并传递给整个保险杠。通过静态加压和台车低速正面碰撞试验,证明采用格栅式反向锁定结构可以提高保险杠在低速碰撞中的吸能作用。格栅吸能式保险杠结构紧凑,安装空间小,推广方便。

Abstract: | One kind of grid-type energy-absorbing car bumper is developed.It adopts grille opposite direction lock-in structure.When the bumper is impacted,the impact energy is absorbed by the grid-type at the collision point,and then is rapidly decomposed and transferred to the whole bumper.Through the static state compression and trolley low speed facade bump test. |
