针对“90后”高职学生的班级管理研究

摘    要:班级管理是学校工作顺利开展的基础。随着"90后"逐渐成为高职校园主体,"90后"班级具有民主法制意识更为强化、价值多元更加明显、抗挫折能力弱化、新媒体影响更为巨大等四大特点。从"90后"高职学生的班级管理的合法性和合理性问题、务实性与务虚性问题、政策性和策略性问题、公平性和民主性问题四个方面进行了探讨。
