| 摘 要： | 建立一种方法用于同时测定金匮肾气丸中马钱苷、芍药苷的含量．应用高效液相色谱法测定，分离条件Symmetry C18柱（4．6min×250mm，5μm），乙腈-1％冰醋酸溶液（14：86）为流动相，流速为1mL／min，柱温为30℃、马钱苷、芍药苷线性范围分别为0.16～1.6μg（r=0．9997），0.18～1.8μg（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率分别为99.13％（RSD=1．43％），99.02％（RSD=2．17％）、方法简便，快速，可靠，为金匮肾气丸进一步研究奠定基础．

| Abstract: | To establish an accurate and practical HPLC method for the simultaneous of loga- nin and paeoniflorin in Jinkuishenqi pill. Chromatographic separation is operated on a waters Symmetry C18 column （4.6mm × 250mm,5 μm） with mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.1% ice acetic acid at flow rate of 1.0mL/min and a column temperature of 30 ℃. The calibration curves of loganin and paeoniflorin are linear over the ranges of 0.16 - 1.6 μg（ r = 0.999 7） and 0.18 - 1.8 μg （ r - 0. 999 9）, and the average recoveries are 99.13% （ RSD = 1.43 % ） and 99.02% （RSD =2.17% ） ,respectively. This method is simple, rapid, reliable and can used for groundwork for Jinkuishenqi pill＇s further investigation. |
