4种鳞毛蕨科植物中总酚含量的分析

摘    要:对 4种鳞毛蕨科常见植物中酚类物质进行了分析及含量测定 .样品经乙醇—三氯乙酸的混合液提取 ,以 Folin-酚法于波长 5 0 0 nm下测定 ,以没食子酸为标准计算样品中总酚物质的含量 .结果表明 4种鳞毛蕨科植物中的总酚含量较高 ,以 Folin-酚法测定蕨类植物中酚类物质的含量是可行的 ,且在 90 min内显色稳定性好 ,平均回归率为 1 1 2 .85± 3.4 5 % ,基本符合实验的要求

Abstract:Analysis of phenolics and its content in the four common pl an ts of Dryopteridaceae was conducted. Extracted by EtOH-TCA solvent, phenoli cs quantitate d by Folin-phenol reagent at 500nm. The gallic acid was used as a standard comp ou nd. The results showed the contain of total phenolics in the four plants of D ryopteridaceae were higher, and Folin-phenol method was suitable for content analy s is of total phenolics in fern. The stability of produced color were good in 90 minutes, the recovery was 112.85+3.45%.
