改性磷酸硅的合成及性能

摘    要:以磷酸、水玻璃为原料,氧化锌、氧化钙为改性剂,利用水热法合成出了新型化合物—改性磷酸硅(磷硅锌钙)。XRD物相分析证明产品为非晶态,IR光谱分析产品中磷酸根离子的局部对称性为正四面体结构,应用试验表明该产品在油漆、涂料行业中可作为防锈颜料,以取代传统的铬系、铅系有毒颜料,其防锈性能超过国标3倍。

Abstract:The improved silicon phosphate was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of water glass、zinc oxide and calcium oxide with phosphoric acid for 1~2 h XRD and IR spectra studies showed that the product consists mainly of non-crystal and PO 3- 4 is built up tetrahedrally Industrial applications showed that non-cyrstalline improved silicon phosphate is a very good anti-corrosion pigment
