飞轮芯子平档自动装配铆合机床设计方案的研究

摘    要:采用特制的料仓,将中间有孔的平档适当斜置,由机械手夹持的芯子在直线推进的过程中,其锥形凸台自由进入平档内孔后将该平档从料仓中拉出并完成两者的自动装配和铆合作业。实现了用一个机械手同时完成原来需要双手配合才能完成的两项作业。在提高安全性、降低劳动强度和提高生产效率的同时,简化了专机结构,降低了研制成本。

Abstract:As the washer-shaped baffle with a hole has been obliquely placed into a special stock bin,when a flywheel wick held by manipulator is pushed forward, the convex cone of the flywheel wick freely enters into the hole of the baffle and draws the baffle out from the stock bin. Then, that washer-shaped baffle is fitted on flywheel wick carried by riveting machine. Therefore, with a manipulator both operations of placing the baffle and flywheel wick are finished. As a result, the safety and productive efficiency are raised, the structure of single-purpos machine is simplified,and the labor intensity and the cost are reduced.
