| 摘 要： | 为了合成３，４－二氢－２Ｈ－吡喃（５，６－Ｃ）异喹啉－２－酮及其衍生物，提出了Ｎ－亚酰胺盐的反应机理来解释它的形成，经实验验证，在Ｎ－芳甲基焦谷胺酰基氯化物的Ｆｒｉｅｄｅｌ－Ｃｒａｆｔｓ成环反应中，副产了一种所期望的目标化合物
