| 摘 要： | 针对早期阶段知识管理没有介入企业的业务流程、生产管理等知识，提出了基于Ontology的企业知识管理模型。该模型首先将企业的各种知识进行分类；然后根据分类建立面向某类知识的Ontology，将其存储于知识仓库中；最后建立各种应用程序，帮助用户使用知识库中的知识。该模型可以让企业的各种知识较好地沉淀、共享、学习和应用。

| Abstract: | The early stages of knowledge management are not involved in business process and production management. So we put forward a model of ontology - based enterprise knowledge management. Firstly, enterprise knowledge is classified; Then, this model sets up ontology for each category of enterprise knowledge, which is saved in knowledge databases and finally sets up various programs to help users employ the knowledge. This model allows enterprise＇s knowledge to be better saved, shared, studied and applied. |
