| 摘 要： | 构建"政产学研"合作,创新人才培养模式需要政府的引导,企业的合作、学校的服务。在建立互利互惠的双赢合作机制中,政府起着引导作用,企业扮演着主导作用,学校起着主体作用。文章阐述了运用产学研合作理念及运行实践,创建产学研合作的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Construct the cooperation of industry ＆ education and research with government, and innovate the cultivated model for talented students need government guidance, enterprise cooperation, and school service. In the mutually win-win mechanism, the government takes guidance role, the enterprise plays leadership function, and the school plays the mainbody role. Using the theorems of industry and education cooperation and the practical running experience in the paper, the cuhivated model for talented students based on industry and education cooperation is constructed. |
