IC-100 型离子色谱的应用

摘    要:将IC—100型离子色谱系统与高效液相色谱仪的完美结合用于解决某些棘手的现代分析的问题,例如,对以各种形式存在于染料、颜料、助剂和合成材料等中的过渡金属或离子的鉴定、金属离子价态的分析、化合物的形态确定以及多种阴离子的同时定量检测等.使用Tunner公司的IC—100型离子色谱系统,其ASO阴、阳离子色谱柱与Dionex公司CS5阴、阳离子色谱柱应用对比,同样组份的保留时间基本一致,其变异系数均不超过3%.

Abstract:A set of Ion Exchange Chromatography system combined with High Perfomance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC), in which an efficient and feasible method for analysis of transition metal cation, metal cation valences, compound formation and complicated anions etc, some of which are sometimes contained in some fine chemicals such as dyes, pigments, auxiliary agents etc. with all kinds of formations was determined, was established. By this way, an excellent reproduciablity and the same retentive time were obtained when compared ASO type ion chromotagraphy column produced by Tunner Company of Tianjin with CS5 type ion chromotagraphy column imported from Dionex Corporation of USA.
