摘    要:扭簧驱动展开桁架是由高比刚度材料的薄壁管件作为主要构件 ,由高比强度材料和特制扭转弹簧构成活动接点 ,大部分杆件两端在同一平面方向内设置扭簧构成可协调同步展开折叠运动的复杂机构 .基于此构成机理和独特的受力特点 ,提出合理假设 ,推导出两端带扭簧的杆件宏单元缩减线弹性刚度矩阵 ;基于梁的弯曲理论和位移模态 ,直接导出了宏单元的一致质量矩阵 ,这两个矩阵可有效地用于扭簧驱动空间展开桁架的结构分析 .最后给出了一个数值分析算例 ,证明了方法的有效性

Abstract:Deployable truss driven with twist springs is extensively used in space missions,in which the key components are composed of thin- wall tubular member of high ratio of stiffness to density and the ar- ticulate joints are consisted of specialized rotation springs and components of high ratio of strength to den- sity.A number of members,both ends set with twist springs in planar,constitute complicated assembly which can deploy and/or retract in high synchronized and harmoniously way.According to these essential construction and structural properties,reasonable assumptions were presented,and the reduced linear elastic stiffness matrix was formulated for macro- element of beam with twist spring attached atboth ends. Based on the bend theorem of beam and displacement shape function,the consistent mass matrix was de- veloped directly for macro- element.The two matrices can be used for structural analysis of deployable space truss with twistsprings activated.The method is demonstrated to be effective by numerical example.
