| 摘 要： | 目的：对羊水过少的相关因素、诊断、监护作系统的阐述，为临床处理羊水过少提供参考。方法：收集有关羊水过少的国内、外近期资料进行综合归纳。结果：羊水过少与羊水产生减少、吸收、外漏增加，胎盘功能异常、胎儿畸形等有关，可使围产儿病率、死亡率明显增加。结论：早期诊断、筛查羊水过少，加强监护，适时处理，可改善围产儿的不良结局。

| Abstract: | Objective: Systematic explanation the related factor?diagnosis and guardianship of oligohydramnios and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: To review and summarize the literature about oligohydramnios.Results: Oligohydramnios related to many factors such as amniotic fluid producing decrease,absorption and leak increase,placenta functions abnormal and embryo abnormality etc.It makes the increase of morbidity and mortality of perinatal children.Conclusion: It can improve the condition of perinatal children that diagnosis and checking earlier,enhancing the guardianship and treatment in time. |
