How to Run College and University Journals Under the Circumstances of System Reform of Newspapers and Periodicals

With the progress of China＇s system reform of newspapers and journals,the reform of college and university journals is becoming one of the concerns.College and university journals,as academic journals,have their own characteristics whether in respect of their running system and mechanism or in respect of their specific operations.The paper makes a review of both the history and status quo of college and university journals,then reflects on the reasons that those journals are comprehensiveness-oriented and not run with an open policy,and finally points out the way to reforming college and university journals.
