| 摘 要： | 从健康蛇足石杉的茎中分离内生真菌,用PDA培养基分离纯化菌株,对照真菌鉴定手册,根据菌株的菌落形态、大小、颜色、生长速率以及菌丝体和孢子的形态特征进行鉴定。从蛇足石杉的茎中分离出5株内生真菌,经鉴定它们分别属于链格孢霉属、镰刀菌属、无孢类群和青霉属。

| Abstract: | In this paper,Endophytic fungi were isolated from the healthy tip stem of Huperzia serrata.The endophytic fungi were cultured in PDA medium and purified by the methods of agar plate.At the same time the endophytic fungi were identified by observing colony morphology,size,color,and the growth rate of mycelium and spores of the morphological features by comparing the Identification Handbook of Fungus.The results showed that there were five endophytic fungi species isolated from the tip stem of Huperzia serrata,which respectively belonged to Alternaria,Fusarium,Mycelia sterlia and Penicillium. |
