纵-扭复合型超声波电机频率简并研究

摘    要:通过增加纵振压电陶瓷晶堆的厚度来提高纵振动的幅度,可以使纵、扭谐振频率更为接近。试制了两种不同纵振陶瓷晶堆厚度的样机,通过实验分析,纵扭复合型超声波电机纵、扭频率的简并,此种设计方法是简单并且有效的。

Abstract:A method by increasing the depth of piezoelectric ceramic in the longitudinal vibration is proposed to increase the longitudinal vibration's amplitude and to make the frequencies of longitudinal and torisonal vibration much closer.Two composite USMs with different depth of longitudinal vibration PZT were designed.The experimental tests and analysis have shown that the design method is simple and effective.
