| 摘 要： | 国防教育与人的需要有着密切的联系。马斯洛的需要层次论揭示了一般人在通常情况下的需要与行为规律,对高校国防教育具有重要的启示作用。需要的层次性、多样性、发展性和矛盾性要求高校国防教育的开展要有的放矢、与时俱进、科学有序。
