论高职院校教师发展策略

摘    要:教师持续、高质量的发展决定着高职院校的未来。当前教师队伍的水平正逐步成为高职院校进一步发展的"瓶颈",在师资队伍建设中引入"教师发展"的理念,建设一支适应高等职业教育发展的教师队伍是当务之急,也是必然选择。分析了高职教师发展的包括教学能力、研究能力、社会服务能力、合作能力、跨界能力等五个方面的能力内涵,并从高职院校管理层面探讨了促进教师发展的策略和路径。

Abstract:A persistent and high level development of teacher qualification is crucial to a vocational college's future.At present,teachers' competence has become a bottleneck and stunts vocational colleges' further development.It should be a priority and necessity to introduce the concept of teacher development and build up a "teacher staff" which is in line with the development of vocational education.The paper talked about five aspects of the competence vocational colleges teachers need to develop,including teaching,researching,social service,cooperating and crossover abilities,and analyzed their connotation.In addition,the paper discussed the strategy and approach to improve teachers' competence on the aspect of vocational school administration.
