| 摘 要： | 编辑职业道德的核心是服务,这体现在收稿以后的具体的事务性工作方面,并且可以有所创新,加强事前、事中、事后的服务工作,并在服务过程中创新服务方式和理念。编辑只有加强对作者的服务意识,才能提高学报的声誉和影响力,使学报论文水平的发展进入良性循环。

| Abstract: | The core of an editor＇s professional ethics is service.This is not only reflected by the editors＇ detailed services after receiving the papers,but also can be intensified in aspects of advance,going on and afterwards services.Only by enhancing the editors＇ awareness of services for the authors,can the reputation and influence of the academic journal be improved,and create a virtuous cycle for development of the quality of academic journal papers. |
