| 摘 要： | 高职院校思想政治教育的顶层设计、品牌创建、基地拓展与实效检验这四项重大工程或环节,是做好思想政治教育的关键因素。必须牢牢把握顶层设计的要素、品牌创建的特征、基地拓展的原则、实效检验的角度和层面等,以提高人才培养工作的质量和水平。

| Abstract: | The top-layer design,brand construction,base expansion and substantial result check,as the four significant sections for the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges,are the key to implementing ideological and political education well.It is necessary to grasp the essentials of top-layer design,the features of brand construction,the principles of base expansion,and the perspectives and dimensions of substantial result check,in order to enhance the quality and level of talent cultivation. |
