心理学视角的国外教师责任研究综述

摘    要:教师责任对教师的教学动机与行为、学生的学业成就有着十分重要的影响。国内学者大都从伦理学和社会学的角度对教师责任进行研究,但对"教师责任"的研究现状及未来研究方向等问题鲜有提及和深入分析。要弄清以上两个问题,须从心理学的视角重点探讨以下三个关键问题:教师责任的内涵是什么,教师责任的履行受哪些因素影响,教师责任的未来研究方向如何。

Abstract:Teachers' responsibility has significantly important influence on teachers'teaching motivation and behavior,and students'academic achievements.Chinese scholars make some researches on teachers' responsibilities mainly from the perspectives of ethnics and sociology.However,the current situation and future direction of this research have been rarely discussed,nor has it been deeply explored in China.In order to understand the two questions above,this paper discusses the three issues from the perspective of psychology.First,what are teachers' responsibilities? Second,what factors have impacts on the implementation of their responsibilities? Third,what is the future route for research on teachers' responsibilities?
