| 摘 要： | 实训教学是培养学生职业能力的关键教学环节。本文认为,区域特色经济为高职商务英语专业校企联合构建实训课程提供了广阔的平台。这种实训模式能够实现学生、院校和企业的"三赢":学生的职业能力得到锻炼、企业的实际需要得到满足、院校的教学团队得到完善。

| Abstract: | Practical training is the key part in developing students＇ vocational competence.The author believes characteristic regional economy provides the college and business with a broad platform to structure practical training course.This training mode realizes ＂triple wins＂ among students,colleges and business,and that is to improve students＇ vocational competence,to meet business＇s urgent needs and to perfect teachers＇ team. |
