| 摘 要： | 学术权力和行政权力是高校管理的两种权力。通过分析两种权力之间存在的问题,提出对策解决问题。高校的学术权力和行政权力只有相互制约和协调,才能有效地服务高校的发展。

| Abstract: | Academic power and administrative power is the power of two university management.By analyzing the existing problems between the two powers,the paper proposes a solution to solve the problem.The academic power and the administration power of universities only mutually the check and supervision harmoniously adjusts,they can effectively serve the development of universities. |
