| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工有着不同于老一代农民工的群体特征,新生代农民工融入城市的过程中受到制度、高昂的融入成本、城乡隔膜和自身素质等障碍的制约。有针对性地提出了促进新生代农民工城市融入的若干思考和建议。
