探析明光市的旧城改造与保护

伴随着中国经济的持续快速发展,城市化进程突飞猛进,旧城已经不堪重负。如何改造与保护旧城成为当前亟待解决的课题,本人结合明光市的实践与理论学习,进行了一些探讨。旧城改造与保护首先要以人为本,改善居住环境,提高生活质量;以可持续发展的科学观对旧城存在的问题进行分析,进而提出相应的对策和措施。旧城改造与保护必须加强整体统一规划,充分考虑城市的长远利益和整体利益,注重城市设计,关注原居民利益。

PROBE INTO THE REBUIDING AND THE PROTECTION ABOUT OLD URBAN FOR MINGGUNG

Follows the fast and sustainable development of Chinese economy,the Urbanization progresses by leaps and bounds,old urban already was unable to withstand the heavy burden. How rebuild and protection old urban becomes the topic of the day,myself unite the practice about MINGGUNG and the theoretical study,has carried on some discussions. The rebuilding and the protection about old urban first must man-oriented,the improvement environment,improves the quality of life; carries on the analysis to the question about old urban by sustainable development scientific view,then proposes the corresponding countermeasure and the measure. The transformation and the protection about old urban must strengthen the whole unified plan,fully considered the long-term benefits and the overall benefit of the urban,pay great attention to the urban layout,pay attention to the original inhabitant benefit.
