| 摘 要： | 从充分利用实测资料信息、增强参数估计方法的精确性和减少人为因素影响等方面,提出了遗传优化适线法优选P-Ⅲ型分布参数,进而进行了最大设计洪峰流量推算.通过具体实测水文资料检验了该法的正确性,从而为最大设计洪峰流量的推算提供了一种简易通用、适应性强、降低了人为因素影响且精度较高的有效方法.
