摘    要:介绍了一种提高染料敏化太阳电池光吸收的背反射结构,以解决染料在长波范围吸光能力差的缺点。用P25纳米TiO2粉和水热法两种不同工艺制备了电池。透过光谱测试表明,两种工艺制备的电池对长波范围的光都没有充分利用,水热法制备的电池更透明。太阳模拟器测试结果表明,用银反光膜作为电池的背反射结构,增加了染料对长波范围内的光吸收,显著提高了电池的光电转换效率。P25粉工艺制备的电池效率提高了11.4%,水热法工艺制备的电池效率提高了22%。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the poor absorption of dyes at the longer wavelength region,dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) with back surface reflection was introduced to enhance light absorption.Tow kinds of technique,such as hydrothermal and P25 powder,were used to prepare DSSCs.Transmittance spectra shows that light was not fully absorbed by both DSSCs,and DSSC fabricated by hydrothermal was more transparent.The I-V characteristics of DSSCs were measured to illustrate the enhancement of the light absorption.As a result,DSSCs with back surface reflector exhibited higher light absorption and solar to electric conversion efficiency than traditional DSSC.For DSSC fabricated by P25 powder,the efficiency was enhanced by 11.4%.And for DSSC fabricated by hydrothermal TiO_2,the efficiency was enhanced by 22%.
