| 摘 要： | 为了解多克隆抗体（ＡＴＧ）治疗移植肾难治性排斥反应的结果，对２９例移植肾难治性排斥反应应用ＡＴＧ治疗。结果２４例急性排斥反应逆转，逆转率为８２７％。说明ＡＴＧ治疗难治性排斥反应效果显著，巨细胞病毒感染及过敏反应是ＡＴＧ治疗的主要副作用。

| Abstract: | Polyconal-Antibody has been used in the treatment of refractory renal transplant rejection. Twenty nine episodes of refractory renal allograft rejection were treated with ATG to find out the curative effect of ATG. Twenty four were reversed. The reverse rate was 82.7%.It was concluded that ATG was highly effective.Cytomegalovirus and allergy were the main side effect. |
