摘    要:通过对陕西西乡县茶叶中茶多酚、儿茶素、咖啡碱、氨基酸及粗纤维等决定茶叶品质的化学成分分析,证明西乡县茶叶的品质优良,通过改进传统加工工艺,可以生产出名优绿茶。

Abstract:The chemical composition of the tea of Xixiang county has been analysised.The polypbenols, catechin, caffine, amino acid and cellulose content are 22.94%, 0.151%, 5.32% and 8.755% respectivly.Thus, It can be seen that the tea quality is good.If processing teebnology should impove, a famous brand of the tea will be made into.
