超声波流量计信号驱动与高速切换电路研究

摘    要:基于时差法的液体超声波流量计,采用双低边MOS场效应管驱动器MIC4427形成BTL驱动电路,将微控制器发出的脉冲信号提升峰峰值到30 V,明显提高接收换能器的信号灵敏度和稳定度.由于超声波换能器为发送接收一体型传感器,采用高速模拟开关,让超声波换能器根据需要,在发送传感器和接收传感器之间不停切换,以满足信号测量要求.

Abstract:Based on the method of ultrasonic liquid jet flow,low side MOS mosfet drive MIC4427 BTL circuit,forming a pulse signal with micro-controller of ascension to 30V fengfeng value,improved the signal receiving transducer sensitivity and stability.Due to the ultrasonic transducer for sending,receiving a body sensor using high-speed analog switches,ultrasonic transducer,according to the needs,in sending and receiving the sensors on sensor signal switching,in order to satisfy requirement.
