摘    要:南充市煤改气工程作为全国煤改气工程的3个成功典型案例之一,具有一定的代表性,本文就该市煤改气工程的环境效益和经济可行性进行分析,以供其它城市煤改气工程参考.

Abstract:Over the past two decades China's rapidly growing economy is coupled with the consumption of large amounts of coat. An energy mix dominated by coal and inefficient energy utilization processes have led to increasingly serious problems of acid rain and sulfur dioxide pollution. Sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and particulate pollutions, resulted largely from coal combustion with little or no emission control, have become an environmental issue of widespread concern in China. So several years ago Chinese government began to reevaluate the advantages of natural gas and implement the Clean Energy Action Plan in some cities. In light of the study of the environmental benefit and from the project of natural gas replacing coal which was in Beijing, Yanan and Xian.Nanchong is regarded as one of three successfully typical cases of the national project of natural gas replacing coal , so it is representative in some senses. The article analyzes the environmental benefit and economical feasibility from the project in order in provide the reference for other cities in natural gas replacing coal.
