政治文化与政治文明

政治文化有狭义和广义之分,狭义的政治文化是一定时期和一定社会区域中人们对政治的感受、态度、评价等主观意识的总和;广义的政治文化则既包括政治意识,又包括政治制度和政治行为。政治文明是人类社会政治生活的进步状态,是人们借助政治信念、政治制度和政治情感来调节人与人之间政治关系,并实现社会和人的全面发展所达到的程度。政治文明是政治文化的内在价值,政治文化则是政治文明的外在形式,政治文明的发展需求和社会价值是通过不同民族和国家的具体政治文化来实现的。

Political Culture and Political Civilization

There are two types of political culture: Political culture in the narrow sense and Political culture in the broad sense.The former refers to people's subjective consciousness such as feeling,attitude and appraisal towards politics in a certain period of time and in a certain society;while the latter includes political consciousness,political system and political activities.Political civilization is a progressive condition of human society's political life,the human political relations regulated through political faith,political system and political emotion,and the level of overall development achieved by society and human being.Political civilization is the internal value of political culture,and political culture is the external form of the political civilization.The developmental demand and the social value of political civilization are fulfilled by the particular political culture of different peoples and nations.
