立方形破片对钢靶的穿甲威力研究

摘    要:利用14.5 mm弹道枪通过六射弹弹道极限法,结合LS-DYNA数值计算法研究了8 g立方形钢破片和3 g、8 g立方形钨合金破片垂直侵彻Q235钢靶板的v50弹道极限速度,并分析了三种类型破片在v50弹道极限速度附近的穿甲机理、穿甲威力等。结果表明,三种破片在侵彻靶板时具有相同的穿甲机理,两种类型的钨合金破片具有良好的穿甲效果。在冲击比动能相差不大的情况下,贯穿5 mm靶时,破片材料的密度是影响穿甲威力的主要因素;而贯穿10 mm靶时,破片的密度和质量共同决定着破片的穿甲威力。

Abstract:Through six shot ballistics limit law with 14.5mm ballistic gun and LS-DYNA, the ballistic limit speed of 8g cube-shaped steel fragments and 3g, 8g cube-shaped tungsten-alloy fragments, vertically penetrating the Q235 steel target, is studied, and the piercing mechanism and armor-piercing power of three the types of fragmentation near the ballistic limit speed are also analyzed. The results show that the mechanism of three types of fragments is same. In the case of similar impact specific kinetic energy, the fragment density is the main factor affecting armor-piercing power, when the fragment penetrates 5mm steel target; but the density and quality of fragments decide the fragment armor-piercing power together when penetrating 10mm steel target.
