基于PowerPC的软件仿真调试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了降低嵌入式软件调试的难度和成本,软件开发人员往往需要构建一个可以完全模拟硬件平台工作的虚拟仿真系统。针对PowerPC体系结构,构建出一套完整的全系统模拟仿真平台,并重点阐述了ELF解析、指令集解析、虚拟MMU和时钟中断模块的实现方法。并基于一款PowerPC(MPC8270)处理器,开发出整套的仿真调试平台。经实践测试,所构建系统易用、稳定、可靠。

Abstract:In order to debug the embedded software more convenience and low-cost, the software developers should always establish a virtual system to simulate the hardware platform. This paper deals with the study of a full-system simulation based on PowerPC architecture and illustrates ELF analysis, parsing instruction, the implementation of the virtual Memory Management Unit and timing interrupt. And having developed the whole system based on MPC8270 CPU. The result of experiment proves the system convenience, stable and reliable.
