| 摘 要： | 如何在本轮土地利用总体规划修编中克服上一轮我国土地利用总体规划中出现的环境问题，以实现土地资源的可持续利用，是目前土地利用总体规划中亟待解决的理论和实践问题。笔者从生态环境角度出发，尝试通过景观格局变化分析及生态适宜性评价对土地利用总体规划环境影响评价进行了技术性方法的探索。采用基于Arcgis10的图层加权叠加方法，对浦东新区工业用地生态适宜性进行了评价研究。论文选取引导性和约束性两大类指标构建了浦东新区工业用地生态适宜性的评价指标体系，在Arcgis10软件中将各评价因子数字化，然后采用加权叠加法对工业用地的生态适宜性进行评价。

| Abstract: | The key problem in General Land Use Planning is how to work out the environmental problem for the sustainable utilization of land resources. The author tried to study the technical method of Environmental Assessment of General Land Use Planning, by the method of landscape pattern change analysis and ecological suitability assessment. According to the function of GIS for map layers piling, this study evaluated the ecological suitability of industry land. By choosing the guiding and restricting indexes, the eco-suitability evaluation index system of industry land in Pudong New Area was built. After digitalizing each evaluation factor and transferring to GRID type, the ecological suitability of industry land was evaluated in the field calculator in Arcgis10 by weighted piling method. |
