摘    要:采用混凝沉淀—微滤—纳滤组合工艺对气田废水进行处理。比较了PFS PAM,PFS PHAM,PFS PAM PHAM三种复合絮凝剂的处理效果,考察了压力、流速对微滤、纳滤渗透通量和截留率的影响,并在最优操作条件下考察了整个系统的处理效果。实验结果表明,三种絮凝剂中,PFS PAM PHAM絮凝剂对气田废水的处理效果最好,在微滤压力0.1MPa流速4.6m/s,纳滤压力2MPa,清洗间隔时间60min的最优操作条件下,三种水样的出水COD均小于60mg/L,含油量均小于1.3mg/L,氯离子含量均小于103mg/L,还原性硫化物几乎完全去除,达到了国家一级排放要求。

Abstract:The gas field wastewater was treated by coagulation-microfiltration-Nan filtration in this experiment, it was done that comparing the treatment effect of PFS PAM, PFS PHAM, PFS PAM PHAM, researching the effect of pressure and flow rate on the permeate flux and rejection rate of microfiltration and nan-filtration, getting the optimum operating conditions and system processing results in this condition. The experimental results showed that: PFS PAM PHAM flocculants is best, Optimum operating condition is 0.1MPa filtration pressure, 4.6m/s flow velocity, 60 minute cleaning interval, 2MPa filtration pressure. The water quality after treatment reached the national class A emission requirements, COD-Content less than 60mg/L, oil-content less than 1.3mg/L, chloride ion-content less than103mg/L, sulfide was almost completely removed.
