大庆油田砂岩人造岩心制作方法

摘    要:本文主要介绍了具有储层特性砂岩人造岩心的制作要求、制作工艺及制作方法。通过室内实验,研究出一种新的环保型硅酸盐类复合胶结剂,找出了影响人造岩心裸压承压强度和渗透率的主、次因素,确定了人造岩心的制作工艺和制作方法。研究出的人造岩心可代替天然岩心进行采油工程措施的部分室内模拟实验,填补了国内砂岩全岩人造岩心的空白,既解决了无天然岩心就无法进行室内实验的问题,又解决了因天然岩心非均质性导致实验数据无重复性和可比性的难题,为油田措施改造的成功提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces manufacturing claim , process and methods of artificial sandstone cores.Developes a new type of aluminum-silicate composite cementing agent, Finds out the main and secondary factors which influenced the artificial core on naked pressure confined strength and permeability, and determines the artificial core manufacturing process and methods. The artificial core can instead of natural cores to do part of the indoor simulation for production engineering measures,and fill the full artificial cores at home.On the one hand,we can do indoor experiments without natural cores.On the other hand, artificial cores make experiment data with repeatability and comparability.Which provide technical support for the success of Oilfield reform.
