摘    要:纤维增强金属层合板,因其优异的综合性能而广泛应用于现代工业中。但由于界面的存在,在其使用过程中会出现分层破坏。界面是纤维增强金属层合板中最薄弱的部位。界面部位材料结合的牢固程度由界面的断裂韧性确定,是纤维增强金属层合板的重要力学性能指标,通常由单悬臂梁试验测定。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL建立了碳纤维增强镁合金层合板的模型,并利用生死单元技术,编写程序对测定界面断裂韧性的单悬臂梁试验进行模拟。结果表明,数值模拟与试验结果非常接近。数值模拟是一种非常有效的确定纤维增强金属层合板层间断裂韧性的方法。

Abstract:Fiber Reinforced Metal Laminates (FRMLs) are used widely for modern industry with excellent mechanical properties. Desalinations often appear on the interface of FRMLs in use. Interfaces are the feeblest position in FRMLs. The Combined degree of materials on both sides of the interface is decided by the fracture toughness of the interface which is the most important mechanics property of FRMLs measured by single cantilever beam test usually. In this paper, the finite element model of fiber reinforced metal laminate was constructed based parametric design language APDL of ANSYS to simulate the fracture roughness tests of FRMLs using element birth and death technology. The results of the numerical simulations and tests are very close. It illuminates that the numerical simulation technology based on APDL is effective way to determine the fracture roughness of FRMLs.
