| 摘 要： | 针对LED生产设备的运动控制精度高、可操作性高的要求，设计了一套图像采集和运动控制平台。本文重点介绍了平台的硬件结构设计和软件框架设计。系统以Qt类库和运动控制卡、嵌入式工业相机为软硬件基础，通过2D绘图、DXF文件解析，图像采集构建了模具显示平台，采用模具图像平移旋转编程，转换为运动控制轨迹，实现了对LED封装设备的控制平台构建。

| Abstract: | LED production equipment requires higher precision motion control and better maneuverability, This paper introduces a design of image acquisition and motion control platform. Including the structure of the hardware platform and software design. Qt C library and motion control card, Embedded camera are made used of. the 2D drawing and DXF file loading rebuild the LED Model displayed, Model rotation and translation programmed into a motion control track .achieves LED packaging equipment for the control of platform construction. |
