| 摘 要： | 根据用户的实际需求进行分析，以ASP为开发语言，以Access为后台数据库，采用ADO数据库访问方法，分前台新闻浏览和后台管理两大功能模块完成了新闻发布系统的设计与开发。测试表明，本系统不仅达到了网站新闻发布的需求，也满足了设计的目标和要求。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis on the actual needs of users, taking ASP as the development language, and Access as the background database, using ADO database access method , this article completes the design and development of the press release system, which includes two functional modules：the front news browse and background management.Through the test, the system not only meets the needs of web news release, but also achieves the design objectives and requirements. |
