摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备不同粒径的PbTiO3纳米晶.表面光电压谱的研究结果表明,随粒径尺寸的减小,其表面光伏响应发生谱带加宽现象,并出现新的体相跃迁光伏响应结构.这些特性是小尺寸PbTiO3纳米晶内不同于体相PbTiO3的Ti4 的d轨道配位环境的体现.

Abstract:Different sized PbTiO3 nanocrystals were prepared by means of sol-gel method and studiedby surface photovoltaic spectroscopy.The experimental results show that the photovoltaic responseregion became wider, and new photovoltaic response occurred corresponding to bulk transition whenthe size of the nanocrystal decreased. The characteristic is attributed to Ti4 ion d orbit coordinate environment in the bulk PbTiO3 being different from that in PbTiO3 nanocrystal.
