| 摘 要： | 为了提高湖北贝母的组织培养的快繁系数，研究了外植体来源和取材时间对湖北贝母愈伤组织诱导的影响，结果表明，湖北贝母愈伤组织的诱导以出苗期诱导效果最好，鳞茎的诱导率最高．

| Abstract: | In order to improve the rapid propagation index of tissue culture in Fritillaria hupehensis,this paper studies the effect of the season and position of draw materials on induction of callus of Fritillaria hupehensis were studied. The results indicate that the best of induction rate is from period of emergence and bulbs. |
