| 摘 要： | V.S.奈保尔是2001年诺贝尔文学奖获得者，著名的移民作家。《游击队员》是奈保尔的一部重要作品，反映了加勒比海某岛国独立后混乱无序的后殖民状态，揭露了黑人革命运动的本质，暗示了其革命领袖者边缘人的地位。小说多处运用象征手法，使其展现出深刻的隐喻意义和丰富的人物心理内涵。

| Abstract: | Naipaul, a famous immigrant writer, has won the Nobel Prize of Literature in 2001. Guerillas, one of his important books, exposes the chaotic post-colonial society in a Caribbean country and reveals the true essence of the movements of black people and their leader. In this novel, the use of symbolism has deepened psychological activities of people and metaphoric significances of the theme. This thesis analyses the using of symbolism of some images, such as “bushes”, “sexuality”and so on. |
