| 摘 要： | 如今科技发展迅速,专利授权数迅猛增长,但技术市场成交额低下,转化为生产力受到阻碍,主要原因为科技系统中的信用缺失。分析了我国目前科技的现状,从立项前、项目执行中、项目结束后3部分中分别从项目申报者、评审者和企业进行探讨,提出建立完善的信用管理体系和评级方法,提高全社会特别是科技工作者的科技信用意识的建议。

| Abstract: | Nowadays with the rapid development of science and technology,the numbers of patents grow rapidly.Technical achievements are into productive forces difficultly.The main reason is credit loss.After I analyze the present situation of science and technology and find the reasons from the process of the project.We should establish the perfect credit management system and rating methods,improve the credit consciousness in the science and technology. |
