| 摘 要： | 从研发计划、研发目标、研发趋势、研发政策等方面对欧美日航空科技研发趋势和政策进行了分析,发现各国从战略高度制定全技术链条的研究计划;致力于降低亚音速飞机的噪音和温室气体排放;引入为适应环境变化、量身定做的机型;制定差异化的研发政策。针对我国航空科技的现状,提出了中国航空科技和产业发展的立足战略框架、军民合作、突破低碳技术、政策前沿等方面的建议与对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the latest development of the aviation science and technology R&D,the paper introduces the R&D plan,R&D goals from R&D policy,R&D foundation in EU,USA,Japan.And then it points out the environmental friendly trends related to aviation research.Finally,it presents some suggestions about China’s aviation research and industry development. |
