摘    要:针对碟式分离机整机振动的问题,分析了其结构及零部件的加工、定位和装配精度,比较了分离机工作状态与动平衡实验状态下支承反力的差异.重点介绍了振型分理原理,提出了碟式分离机整机现场平衡的校正方法,并通过实例证明该法的实用性及正确性.

Abstract:Aimed at the vibration of disc-type separator as a whole,its structure and the precision of manufacturing,positioning,the structure of disc separator and the precision of and assembling of its parts are analyzed, and the difference of support counterforces between its testing and working conditions is compared. The analyzing principle of vibration model is emphatically introduced. A method for correction of on-spot balance of whole machine is proposed,and the practicability and validity of this method is verified with an actual engineering example.
