| 摘 要： | 世界经济发展的历史表明 ,文化与经济的发展有着相当密切的关系 ,良好的创新文化氛围是企业成长的温床 ,有利于科学发展与技术创新。从区域经济发展的角度看 ,要加快企业的成长 ,必须营造一种有利于创业的文化氛围。如何寻求在恰当的区域落实创新文化的建设与发展 ,已经成为全球化国际竞争的重大课题 ,引起了各国政府、企业及科研机构的高度重视

| Abstract: | World economic and history prove that there exists intimated relationship between culture and economic development.Good innovative culture atmosphere benefit to enterprises development and science technology innovation.In order to fasten enterprises growth,The government should create a kink of milieu of benefiting to innovation.It is very important that how to seek the right region to carry out innovative culture's construction and development,and it is deeply focused by government,institute and enterprises home and abroad. |
