| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了系统隐喻的概念和功能 ,指出隐喻是连接问题情境和方法论的桥梁。分析了GarethMor gan给出的八个系统隐喻的学科基础 ,认为隐喻所反映的是组织系统某一方面的特征 ,一个组织可以使用多个隐喻。不同的人具有不同的隐喻思维 ,隐喻需要创新 ,使用隐喻要注意其局限性

| Abstract: | After introducing the concept of systemic metaphors,this paper points out that metaphors are the bridges linking the problem situations and their corresponding methodologies.The discipline basis of the eight systemic metabhors presented by Gareth Morgan have been analyzed.The result shows that a metaphor reflects a certain aspect of an organization and thus an organization can be described by more than one metaphor.Different person has different metaphorical thinking.It's necessary to create new metaphors.The limitation of metaphors should be taken into account when using them. |
